    Yeah, but we both know that every antenna has two sides. One a counterpoise and then the antenna. And then there is radiation effeciency!That might work on 75 meters, but! Way to small to beat a Predator Screwdriver Antenna! I also know that you have that coil to keep RF off your coaxial cable. Why? The antenna wants more image,and you don’t have enough. Also I’d bet your impedance is around 50 ohms, but should be around 35 to as low as12.5 on some bands which requires a Shunt coil.

    That is like runing a dipole with only one side right now from what I see…Half an antenna! When you add radials the impedance will drop and the bandwidth will narrow big time. Then the Q goes up and radiation effeciency will increase. Good luck and keep experimenting. Ham Radio is a license to learn. That is how we got this far, Ham Opps like yourself experimenting!
