This radio is in my truck and working great ….the programming software and cord are easy to use and worked the first time without any problems…I travel all over New Mexico ant it hits the repeater 80 to 100 miles or more depending on terrain.
The only problem I have with the radio is the microphone is big and sometimes if the keys are not locked I change settings.

This radio was easy to program on my computer, the price was less than $300 shipped so you have to shop. I like the five power lever setting, I have hit repeaters full scale with this radio that I have never done with my yaesu, the receive an A+, I would recommend this VHF/UHF radio to any ham.

Always wonder about cheap radios but so far I’ve been impressed with the unit. Decent receive, good signal reports, and rejection is good. Much louder than my previous 2m mobiles (Alinco, Kenwood). My Alinco was stolen from truck. Detachable faceplate comes in handy. Struggled with the mounting bracket, too tight for unit to slide into slots, but was able to work on the springs and get it to work. Has nothing to do with the unit operation but something they could work on.
Will see how it does over time but no complaints so far.
