The K7RA Solar Update

There was a big drop in solar activity over the past week, with the average daily sunspot numbers declining nearly 42 points to 77.6, and the average daily solar flux down 20 points to 114.7. Sunspot numbers for August 9-15 were 124, 105, 98, 76, 62, 46 and 32, with a mean of 77.6. The 10.7 cm flux was 131.2, 125.4, 119.7, 112.3, 108.1, 105.8 and 100.7, with a mean of 114.7.
