Very nice setup!
Did you remove the paint from the truck body. I know I weld for a living
and paint will mess with getting a ground.
ya wow – sounds like he wasn’t the only one tuning up on top of them though
– and I’m sure you’ve realized by now the don duck sounds are just un
centered SSB and with that pre-amp on on your RM Italy you should be
hearing quite a few. And someone stole a volt from you – it should read
idle @ about 13.6-7 – if I did that too mine it would start limiting at
about 11.7
hi! how did you connect your radio to the battery.. got the same rig and my
antenna is Atas 120A on a new ford edge13.. am afraid to connect it
directly to the battery.. i might interfere the cars computer board and
might create some ground loops to the entire system of the vehicle. thanks
Great Setup!,

So why would i use a mil VS just a ordinary CHA .. hate all the acronyms. A
military base VS a Chameleon V1L. I currently have a V1 for my home and
portable emergency use. Damn that was rude of you. You tuned up right on
top of them.
awesome
like your layout, i got my poor jetta with a icom 7000, Uniden 980ssb, and
a vx7. I need a bigger ride. how is that radio on 2meter ssb?
Great video !! thanks
What did u use to power the rig? I mean giving it a perfect 13.8 volts
