The grade of Senior Member requires experience reflecting professional maturity and significant professional achievements.

Jim Galm has contributed towards significant discoveries and advancements in the power distribution industry, having authored numerous patents, including LayerZero?s Dynamic Phase Compensation Technology. Jim Galm has helped develop LayerZero Power System?s line of power distribution products, including the company?s Static Transfer Switches, Power Distribution Units and Remote Power Panels.
