Anthony, equipment for NVIS (near vertical incident sky-wave) is HF.. many
websites and wikis explaining NVIS, NVIS has been in use by military for
many years, a proven method for comms at longer distances than VHF and UHF
normally cover, and usually are point to point (no repeater) so are
