European DX Foundation President Supports DXCC Recognition for Kosovo

The president of the European DX Foundation, Hans Blondeel Timmerman, PB2T, has written the ARRL DX Advisory Committee (DXAC) in support of DXCC recognition of Kosovo. Timmerman, who is also IARU Region 1 president, has been involved in getting Amateur Radio back up to speed in Kosovo and operated in September 2012 as Z6ØK.
