@BreakChannel23 You know youre right thats all Burt right to the point. As
for the ham bands yes i listen to them when im tunning around an if i dont
like what i hear fuck umm im tunning away from them.I could have been
bought a all band hf rig but i figure what for all the action is on 11
    meters.

@BreakChannel23 The way i look at it is that you can go out to a flea
market or a sec hand store an buy a cb radio for like $20 bucks an get on
the air an have a hell of a fun time twice as much fun then you can have on
some of the ham bands an plus you dont tie up all that money in the radio.

I agree if you give it time lets say 12 years having hams lics to operate
forbidden freqs will no long be required n when that happens hams are going
to turn over in theyre graves n people like Hammy Ham Burt will start
getting theyre ass kicked for running off at the mouth better yet people’s
like Burt will be dead an long gone..

@2627mhz True that is! You know? There are mostly good people in this world
or it would not work at all, but there is something going on with the radio
hams, especially the USA and the UK hams where they are making themselves
some of the most annoying people ever!

Good Comments! Shame you sold your CB boxes… They dangles their ham hobby
in front of you like it’s some type of holy grail of radio. Then when you
get there, you are stunned to learn that they don’t know any more than an
experienced CBer. Worse is that their equipment is 10-20 times more costly.
Radio is a cool hobby, but most hams are just masters of phony baloney!!!!
    Search for truth.!!! Cheers!

@jdailey19811 Thank you for youre comment .Yes HF is way fun i love it i
use to have a yaesu ft707 sold it needed the money an besides it was old
but loved talking on 10 meters an 11 meters its the boom.I may have sold
the hf rig but i am going to get me a newer one soon. If im not on some
kind of hf im on vhf radio. Sure its bad apples out there on the hf ham
bands but its more good people then bad 73s.

In my opinion cb is getting better most of the pirates are not mobile they
are cbers at home. Ive been reading up on ham over the last few years. Im
not interested in meeting people but or talking to anyone im interested in
learning something new and the technical aspects of the hobby. When I go to
a ham shop to buy something if I talk to a older ham he will answer any
questions and treat me with respect and encourage me to get my license when
I talk to younger hams 50s or younger they get snuty

@2627mhz You know something? For all the correct assessments “burt” has
provided on his video’s, he is really very arrogant and unpleasant… I am
at the point where I refuse to even accidentally spin my receiver into any
ham band at all and it is because if this culture of people like him. How
hideous this culture of radio people has become. These guys have little to
    no humility… Peace

I agree, I love my ham rig and my CB as well at times. My BIGGEST problem
with CB is all the foul language and lack of respect for other operators.
    73’s sir.

The 11 meter band was assigned to CB Class in 1958.It was the HAM ops fault
in “letting the band go to CB in the first place. Then the HIPICRITS know as
ham ops.Discovered it was a really good band. And guess what?.Power was
allowed up to 1,000 watts of output was allowed on this band BEFORE IT
BECAME A DESIGNATED C.B.BAND PERIOD.So why are hams crying about running
power?.It is a WRITTEN fact. They are quite hippocritical,to say the least.

@BreakChannel23 The cost of ham equipment is to high i agree an the hams
them self most are nasty an self centered an unfriendly like BURT but all
is not lost there are still very friendly hams an cb operators out there
like my self you just got to look for them. Back to why ham radio equipment
is so exspansive i have no idea, i rather buy imported radio from over seas
anytime they are just as good an cheap.

Agreed….go for that general! I just got mine 2 months ago, and love it!
HF is fun, just as with cb, there is foul mouths on there, but there are
many good people to talk to. I am going to try for extra next year. Great
video, and Alex Gotti, you are everything that is wrong with America.

Ham is a dieing hobby and its bands are going to be slowly taken away for
internet, cellphone and other data uses. The older hams dont like anyone
who doesn’t know code and they younger hams that behave just as bad as
pirate cb stations think they are better then cb users because they have a
license for ham. I might get my license in the future but its not to
associate with snuty ham operators it would be to legally build my own
radio and possibily make a contact with the ISS.

Ham has it’s purpose and cb has it’s purpose … It’s pathetic how hams
think they are big shots and talk down cbers they are just hipacritical
they don’t realize cb is just an unlicensed version of ham it’s all about
operators personal preference I’m a young cber 18 years old to be exact , I
love cb and I love ham and I am studying to become a ham and when I get my
ham ticket ill always still run both neither one is better like I said they
both serve a purpose 73’s and good luck
