   ..using a amateur radio transceiver witth 100 watts output on cb radio frequencies after a modification. Cb is only allowed with certified (unmodified) cb radios (max 4 watts fm/am and 20 watts ssb in spain afaik) while operating an amateur-radio requires a ham license and those aren’t allowed on the cb band..
   So: no legal use 🙂

   I’m not sure what this point was.  I did like the techno-pop music. Regardless of whether he was trying to emulate the radios, a CB would suffer front end overload and the channel would bleed over that close.

    There’s nothing unique about what you’re doing. A lot of ham rigs can be opened up to transmit from 1.8 to 30 MHz or more.
