ARRL DXCC and Awards Manager Bill Moore, NC1L, was seriously injured in a single-car accident on the afternoon of Thursday, July 3. Moore suffered a broken neck and other injuries and is paralyzed from the chest down. He is stable and recuperating at Mount Sinai Rehab Hospital in Hartford.
