    Usefull video, and I’m glad you mentioned that you don’t need a transmitter to get involved with this. I also seen a video about that you don’t even need a radio receiver – well as long as the internet is up and running for now during good times. There is some website that you can hear shortwave broadcasts on, here is a YouTube video about it, for those who don’t know yet: watch?v=GB9Ed02Vhr8
    I got sort of interested in this stuff looking up the KCS – Kansas City Standard for computer data

    great video. I’ve had digipan installed on my computer for a little while now. It really is interesting to see how far my ears can reach on my setup. I have a kenwood R2000 receiver and a desk mic sitting in front of the speaker. Not a ham, I can only listen. But, it’s still interesting.
