Little Tip: On the 817, if you are running on the internal battery, it will
run on 2.5 Watts instead of 5 by default. So unless you go in and manually
change the settings, you will automatically be running on 2.5 watts and not
the full 5 Watts on the 817. Many people don’t know that. John seems very
confident with his equipment, but I wanted to throw that in.

LOL Yeah I am definitely Pro-testing before needing. I always say if
anything can come from a factory not working I will probably get that one
🙂 And that’s why I test everything and make sure I know how to use it
    before I need it.

It was a sheet made from data collected from several places. The base of
the information came from buddipole and then additional info was add from
the Buddipole Users Group on Yahoo. A lot of it is just base information
that you kind of use for your starting point and then play with it until it
is right. The Yahoo user’s group has a wealth of information.
