awesome how old are you and how did you sign up?
I’m 14 and I went to the Storm Spotters training session in Santa Clarita,CA yesterday night.
Turns out anyone can join. No matter what age.
yup. The NWS in Spokane told me that. I turn 15 tomorrow and I plan to be a storm spotter within a few weeks.

Well,here’s what I found.
Official Spotter numbers will be given to anyone who attends a training and
is at least 16 years of age or older. People younger than 16 who desire a
spotter number, and who can present special circumstances will be evaluated
on a case-by-case basis.
