Holy crap! Is that doing downstream? Like the direction of the river? Or is that how wide the James is?
The James River at the location shown in the video is normally about 60 feet wide and all of that water did flow downstream. However, please take note that this particular video occured 2 years ago during the spring flood of 2009.
