Not sure about translating the dialogue in english but for starters all you
need for this aprs setup are your TM-D710, a Garmin Nuvi 350 w/ the car
mount/cradle and power cord that powers the gps via your cigarette lighter
socket (discontinued but available on ebay), and finally an Argent Data
cable for Kenwood. Mount the cradle on the windshield then plug the mini
usb end of the power cable to the back and mount the gps unit on the cradle
(the contacts on the cradle itself will interface with the ones on the gps
to power it. NOTE: The gps need dc power to work in this setup and NOT on
    the internal gps battery.

Then plug the Argent Data cable to the side of the Nuvi (Also a mini usb)
then the other end on the side of the TM-D710 gps socket/port. Power up
both the radio and gps then follow the radio settings using the link herein.

If you do everything correctly, the “GPS” text on the upper right-hand
corner of the radio display will start blinking which means the radio and
gps are properly communicating. Click on the button that shows the map and
you will eventually see icons with callsigns that represent aprs enabled
starions. The other thing not mentioned in this particular setup is that
the stations are stored under the Favorites folder on the Nuvi and will
have to be cleared/deleted occasionally as it can only store so many.

The Argent Data cable can be purchased online via their company site.
