Franz Josef Land May Become a Rare One

The Daily DX reports that Eugeny, RI1FJ, will depart Franz Josef Land in the Russian Arctic in mid-August and is “99.9 percent sure” that no one will replace him on the ham bands for the 2013-2014 season.
