What did the concrete cost? I am looking at buying the HDX555
It cost just under USD$1,000 fpr 9 Sq yds. My hole was bigger than Specification
You’re gonna have a good tower base!
Did you stamp your call sign(s) / date after all the concrete was laid?…hihi

so you dig the deep hole because it is a feestanding tower; not a guyed mast? I saw a picture of a 50+ foot skinny little lattice tower standing all by itself with no guys and I couldn’t believe it.

hey any deeper ur going to strike water, and the distance from the house to the tower you just lost 6 db in coax.
Very easy the life, you must say ” Tank you ULTRABEAM”.
Without Ultrabeam is impossible to make a rare dx like this.
