The ARRL has launched a new online resource that allows users to take randomly generated practice exams using questions from the actual examination question pool. ARRL Exam Review for Ham Radio™ is free, and users do not need to be ARRL members. The China/ Hong Kong photos are taking a break as I need to post these photos so my friends can download them.

This is the top of the elevator shaft on the roof of the apartment building, 25 floors above ground.

My friends Don and Brent installed a HAM radio signal repeater antenna at the roof top of an apartment building in St. James Town as a community volunteering project.

Not that I know anything about wireless technologies, I offered whatever little help I could do and also photo-documented the installation.

Some users of Applie iOS devices have discovered that they cannot access the June issue of Digital QST. Instead, they are presented with a message stating that there has been an “Authentication Error.”
