The new Ear Force PX3 headset lets you dominate your competition with digital signal processing, wireless game sound, crystal-clear communication and the convenience of a rechargeable battery. While designed primarily for the PS3, the PX3 also works great as an XBOX and PC gaming headset. When used in PS3 and XBOX modes, the PX3’s unique digital signal processor provides game and chat audio presets that tune the headset sound for different gaming situations. Presets can also be replaced with different ones downloaded from the Turtle Beach website. There’s also a rechargeable battery that provides more than 10 hours of game play between charges. The battery can be charged while gaming, so you’ll never miss out on the action.

Ive since solved the problem, if this is happening then they are charged out the box. i found that hard to beleive myself but i go 10 hours of use straight out of the box, i have charged them since then and they charge with no problems.
So the solution is to use them until you get the low battery warning (normally about 10 hours of use) and then they will charge fine

Let’s try to give this headset’s transmitter station a hard reset, using its bootloader mode. This can help the noise gate issue.
The Transmitter should be in PC/MAC mode (selectable from the switch on the unit).
The Presets Manager must be installed and the headset run with the software on, at least once.
With the transmitter on and plugged into the PC, unplug the USB cable from the transmitter USB port.

While the transmitter USB is unplugged, hold down the PAIR button.

While continuing to hold down the PAIR button, plug in the USB cable to the transmitter USB port.

The LED light should start “breathing” – slowly pulsing on and off, on and off.

Now the Presets Manager software should detect that the transmitter is in Boot Loader Mode.

Click on Reset to Default Settings in the Presets Manager.

That should restore the transmitter to default settings and clear any problems.

    AND IT WORKED!
