very nice set up, but would it not be better to have made the mast counter
ballanced as you wont be useing it under a nice blue sky every time, all it
would need is to be quickly pulled down and you would be back into the
trailer out of the weather, anyway nice setup.
Can I come join your club and play in your sandbox? My sandbox in not as
nice as yours! hi hi Next is the solar panels and battery bank with a nice
sine wave inverter! Most ham rigs have DC current! The solar power would be
a great addition to your MCU! In Helena Mt we use a 1980’s Fleetwood
Prowler with an Icom 706 and a tiny 3W solar system! I like yours better!
Nice video! AR SK .. Joe KE7ZVJ
nice trailer but will it ever get used for its purpose?
@m0jha because in the USA they have many more natural disasters / extreme
weather. The US ARES and other bodies provide vital comms during such
times. The need is far greater than that of RAEN/RAYNET here in the UK.
@KE7RIP Hi Jason, sorry for the delay . . . seldom had the chance to check
the comments. . . We use a generator for power during setup in remote
locations. 73! de Lot / K6IRF – Mabuhay!
waooo excelent . congratulations
@harpusa What size generator? 2500 watt?
nice trailer what do yall use for power? KJ4TEE
Wow awesome!!
very good trailer… 73
nice!
Excellent, and thanks for sharing. -73-
@b0lliks Hi there! – yes we thought about that too, but we decided not to
cut the tower in order to get it counter balanced. We also use the Emcomm
during DX contest and since the 2 element quad is kind a heavy we need a
winch to help put it in the correct angle. 73! de Lot / k6irf – Mabuhay!
I Heard the day after day guy on the Superbowl(27.025Mhz) Yesterday!
give importance to this kind of people and they dont stop. incredible!!!
the ham saying day after day, is Larry King I think his call is K8I NGS
That guy saying “day after day” is always on 38 LSB doing the same crap. He
lives somewhere up north because the only time i hear him is when the DX is
coming in from the north east.
Day after day dude lives in Arizona.
What do we know ‘fer sure’ from this clip?
(1) David W4BHV is in a ~normal QSO w/ me….
(2) The ~ANONymous QRM’ers are interfering as usual whenever I operate on
14.313 MHz….
(3) Brian ‘Psycho’ CROW K3VR finally ID’s on freq. @ 3:28 w/o so much as a
by-your-leave and maliciously starts calling CQ over the both of us….
(4) ‘Psycho’ Brian K3VR mimics my unique CQ ‘formulary’ @ 4:43 suggesting
that he can hear me/is ‘trolling’….
(5) ‘Psycho’ Brian’s SUPPOSED contacts are not only NOT heard in the audio
[or by David, or me], but ‘Psycho’ actually reads back a
FRAUDulent/fictitious call-sign, supposedly from Croatia, w/ all that
implies….
For why Brian K3VR is the HAMereekan Anti-Christ, peruse these, engage
brain and govern yourself/ves accordingly:

This similar things occur in 7000~7015 MHz in Asia
