Are you having trouble installing the drivers, or getting a SDR program to
work? I put some links in the description to help you. First install the
drivers according the the instructions on the first link, there is a link
to a video to help with installation on that page too. For SDR software you
can use HDSDR, or use SDR#. To use SDR#, download the SDR# nightly build,
and the RTLSDR plugin, then copy the plugin files into the SDR# folder.
There is a forum on reddit if you need more help.

Do you mean the SDR# program? Make sure you download the release
sdr_install.zip under the heading “Important note for RTL-SDR users” on the
download page, and not any of the others.

I bought a EZCAP and Im trying to find the right software to install to get
it to work. Some seem a little hard to install from what I seen. Is there
program that is easy to install for this thing.
