The covered cylinder is a ventilation tower of Shutoko Yaesu Route’s tunnel.

It is shown in “Pacific Century Place Marunouchi.”

Beginning at 6 pm tomorrow evening (2200 UTC on Wednesday, October 22nd), ARRL Headquarters systems will be taken down to perform maintenance functions.

This will impact operations of Logbook of The World, Online DXCC, the Centennial websites, and e-mail coming in and out of the building. E-mail sent to ARRL HQ will be queued for delivery once the systems are restored to operational status.

Logbook of the World (LoTW) is currently unavailable while the Logbook system undergoes unscheduled maintenance. This shutdown is in response to an issue that arose on late Tuesday afternoon with the Logbook database. The Logbook team expects service to be restored by 8 PM EDT this evening (0000 UTC, June 14). The ARRL apologizes for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.
