Glenn Munro aka “The Roaming Gnome” is a member of the NWS Volunteer Sky-warn Sky Spotters Program, and spends many hours Volunteering to help alert those who are in the path or possibly in the path of severe weather. This requires him to be at not so great locations, at weird hours of the day and night.
