The Yaesu ATU-450 Automatic Antenna Tuner is specifically designed to mount inside the bottom of the FT-450. The ATU-450 provides an impedance matching range of 16.5 ohms to 150 ohms (up to 3:1 SWR), it is suggested that this antenna tuner not be used to match “long-wire” type antennas.
