    Just to clarify, only WRplus does Wide-Band (broadcast) FM. Winrad/HDSDR
    can do FM, but only Narrow-Band FM.

    Which tuner do you have? If you have the E4000, make sure you have the new
    librtl2832++.dll (download from my wiki) and append “tuner=e4k” to the
    Device Hint (after “RTL”). Please post any continuing issues to the new
    Google Group ‘ultra-cheap-sdr’.

    Nice! Note for folks looking at this, WRplus is the only ExtIO app that
    will decode FM properly. Winrad and HDSDR do not have adequate bandwidth.

    You can do this in HDSDr, too – you’ll have to select a higher output
    bandwidth (e.g. 96k) and widen the filter to receive wideband.
