Maxwell’s Equations are intuitively explained in this tutorial video. We give an overview of each of Maxwell’s Equations, what they mean, and discuss some of the consequences of these equations, such as the wave equation. For more information, see www.maxwells-equations.com

Here’s your video introduction to ARRL General Class License Manual Lesson 5.1, Signal Review. The section is primarily review, but let’s spend a few minutes walking through the vocabulary so the concepts are firmly in mind before proceeding to the subsequent sections. This video covers continuous wave (with a brief excursion back to the spark era), carriers, modulation, modes, AM, and Single Side Band. Included is an actual on-the-air demo with a spectrum scope to look at an AM signal showing the carrier and both sidebands, and how each sideband contains all the information. A demonstration follows with just single sideband modulation. The video concludes with an introduction to angle modulation modes such as FM and phase modulation. You can see more about these videos by going to www.ke0og.net/general, where you will find a complete list of the videos that accompany the ARRL General Class License Manual for Ham Radio.

Great explanation of modulation! I already passed my General Class exam but
your videos are a great help for actually understanding the concepts as
opposed to just memorizing answers to questions.

Wait, how can an em wave move at the speed of light? Allso what exacly
causes the attraction of em waves, I know its got something to do with the
    allignment of domains.

Thank you very much for this video and for the website you have made.
Although I kinda already did have an somewhat understanding about EM waves
and electromagnetism, these explanations made things a lot more clearer to
me and gave me assurance that I have understood correctly how
electromagnetism exists. Again, thank you very much, youre work is well
    apreciated!

Let me thank you so much for your contribution!!! Please do not stop. Also
your web site is very cool. Nothing is complicated it is people that try to
keep it difficult to justify their exploits or their power. Nobody is more
than others. Peace and free knowledge!

Thanks for emphasizing that whats all there is what all you said…One can
go further deep into these beautiful eqns but no need to make a feeling
among the new and ordinary thats there is too much to understand ! thanks
    a lot!

Cool video. You have a broken link on your site. On permittivity.php, the
“Electric Flux Density Link” under Table I leads to the divergence.php
    page.
