Totally cool its amazing take parts and build something out of the parts someday i hope i can do 1/4 of the things u do it must be so cool to know u can take a little of this and a little of that and bang u have something that works so so so cool thank u for showing us what can be done when u know what u are doing
Great vid!! Sooo many ???. Is the metal within the coil necessary or can it be wound on PVC pipe? Coil diameter & length? # of turns?? Is a actual earth grnd needed? Can I use a tuning capacitor from a old AM tube radio? Are 3 gangs better than a 2 gang capacitor?? See….LOTS of questions.

Cool video. I like these types of home-brew videos. Can you show a schematic for this tuner and your 2nd variation? I’m a tiny bit confused but could be the way you have the components laid out.
