   Nice project. I just found a Nuvi 350 i=on Ebay two days ago and got it for
   20 bucks. I also have a HTX-202 that I am going to deidicate to my APRS
   poratable project. I’m going to use a net style fishing vest that has alot
   of pockets on the front. The radio will be high up on my chest, the OTM3
   will be in a lower pocket and the Nuvi in another pocket. I designed this
   so I can operate on my Trike by connecting to the trike’s dual band mobile
   antenna. Then when I get to where I want to go I disconnect the trike
   antenna and install a Diamond quarter wave antenna and I’m ready to walk.
   I’m going to find out how many buildings this works in. All I have left to
   do now is find a battery package that will work. I have a vendor that I use
   and they have every style and voltage I could possibly need. When I’m done
   I’ll post a video 73 Greg
