I run a diamond srh77ca 15inch whip and it works great over the regular
rubber duck antenna. Keep up the good work Anthony. I hope you are going to
a field day event in your area this weekend so that you can see a lot of
different setup’s people are using. I will be do some video from the field
day event in my area. Prepare for the worst and pray for the worst, Mike

Thanks for the info Mike. This antenna makes a big difference. Thanks for
your encouragement. I plan on stopping by Field Day this weekend and
checking things out. I learned a lot there last year. Looking forward to
    your vids. Anthony.

It is a good antenna for the handheld. I have been getting good reception
on the Traffic Net with this. Been tuning in every night. I have some
problems talking back, but I think that is due to the distance of the
repeater and the amount of watts put out by the handheld.
