The Yaesu Ft-1000 Mark V Field is one of the most popular rigs and has
superb audio. I, myself, cannot afford one.I run a Kenwood TS-570D and it
is an excellent HF radio that is much more affordable and also has superb
audio and Digital Signal Processing tha really helps on the receive. 73 de

Dude, Your an ass…..you have the toys i want! that sucks! I tried to
become legal last summer, but they stoped the testing for the fire season!
I get 95% or better on all the tests online, and i have a mobile
Superstar(think) 10 meter radio thats been adapted to the CB channels and
the very top of 10 Meters. I want to convert it back, but the x-tra power
in the mountains with loggers using CB i could get out of trouble fast! Its
on a 10F steel whip. Works good, but i legally cant TX just RX
