*****EDIT***** It looks like YouTube likes to darken video’s for some strange reason when you upload them in Apple .MOV format. The video is much brighter when viewed in any media player like Windows Media Player, VLC, and QuickTime. I’ll see if I can fix it using YouTubes editing filters.
Just testing out my new Nikon Coolpix P510 that I picked up a couple days ago. The video being shot is in 720p in low light conditions in my amateur radio shack. The video was directly uploaded to YouTube in Apple .MOV format, there has been no editing or processing of the video.

From time to time I sequester myself and make things. There is a very avid subculture of others who do the same, and who (go figure!) peruse my photos of Amateur Radio kits and ham shack foibles with a keen interest. If you do not share this parochial interest, click the word HERE above, or enter my photos through Collections/LIFE.
I wish there was a way I could have a splash screen that would come up at the front of the Flickr experience that would allow radio photos to be toggled ON/OFF. That would be a good add-on for Firefox.

My HAM radio set up.. Im using both a Yaesu FT 950 and an Icom IC 7000 All Band radio for my ham usage . I used to have it on my desk but there was not any room left to work so now have my ham shack all tucked neatly in my office closet.
